  • Presenting or introducing solutions / products to potential users; 
  • Project implementation; 
  • Install, deploy and configure the ProjectWise software based on the customer's needs; 
  • Training and relevant documents; 
  • Technical support to PW users, design and implement new functional modules according to the existing server architecture, and help customers improve the platform application and get value; 
  • Collect and analyze user needs, feed them back to the product team, and help continuously improve the Bentley project collaboration solution; 
  • Maintain and expand the usage of strategic users with the sales team; 
  • Maintain success stories.
