Location: Poland-Hybrid/Home Based

Position Summary:

A ProjectWise Success Analyst will assist users with the adoption of the latest release of Bentley’s ProjectWise Design Integration solution within Bentley’s enterprise accounts

Your Day-to-Day:

• Aid in qualifying requirements to upgrade a user to the latest ProjectWise Design Integration
  version based upon technical aspects of their implementation
• Participate in ProjectWise upgrade kickoff meetings by providing product expertise and
  answering questions related to the product upgrade and its impact on the user.
• Perform ProjectWise upgrade activities such as client-side troubleshooting
• Assist users in evaluating change management impacts of an upgrade
• Update users on the latest ProjectWise Design Integration enhancements and licensing model
• Monitor user testing and provide technical guidance as required
• Lead the user through the ProjectWise ‘go-live’ readiness process

What You Bring to The Team:

• 3+ years of ProjectWise Administration experience
• Technical expertise with ProjectWise architecture and the ProjectWise upgrade process a plus
• Experience with change management enablement including demonstrating empathy for users undergoing change.
• Awareness of the relationship between ProjectWise brands and ProjectWise product lines
• Possess organizational and problem-solving skills, including critical thinking and problem identification.
• Full professional proficiency in English language
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility to accommodate schedules outside regular working hours.
