Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly technical Principal Maximo Consultant to lead the delivery of large-scale implementation projects. This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise, leadership, and a hands-on approach to delivering complex projects. As a Principal Consultant, you will act as a leader of the technical team to ensure project success. You will also be a trusted advisor to our customers, helping them achieve their business goals through the effective use of Maximo.
Responsibilities

Serve as the technical solution leader on complex, high-profile Maximo implementation projects, guiding the process from initial design to final deployment.

Lead the hands-on configuration, customization, and development of Maximo, translating functional requirements into robust technical specifications and solutions.

Architect, design, and document technical solutions, including system configuration, process maps, data standards, and training materials.

Collaborate with project managers and other teams to execute project plans, manage concurrent deliveries, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients by leading design workshops, understanding their business challenges, and ensuring the technical solution meets their needs.

Provide technical mentorship and guidance to Consultants and other team members, fostering skill development within the practice.

Contribute to business development by preparing responses to RFIs/RFPs and delivering software demonstrations to potential clients.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Around 10+ years experience in delivering long running, high value projects in Maximo across multiple industries

3+ years experience of leading or mentoring a team

Programming skills in Java, JavaScript, and SQL

Understanding and knowledge of databases (DB2, Oracle, MSSQL)

Proven ability to act as a technical leader, architecting solutions and mentoring other consultants.

Business-level fluency in both Polish and English (written and spoken) is mandatory

Desirable: Agile DSDM Practitioner Certification
