Software Quality Engineer 

Location:  Lithuania, Vilnius (Hybrid) Poland (Home based)

Position Summary:

We are looking for a Software Quality Engineer, who will participate in end-to-end software development process from concept to feature implementation. Your key role will be to ensure we are implementing features that meet user needs and expectations.

We will rely on you for the following:

• Understand and analyse product requirements, communicate with product management teams.
• Develop test design of user scenarios, test cases and checklists.
• Prepare test environments.
• Execute manual functional testing.
• Detect, resolve, document and report bugs and errors encountered.
• Collect comprehensive and relevant data for problem investigation.
• Strive for excellence constantly to deliver quality products and test faster thought the process.

What You Bring to The Team:

• Equivalent bachelor’s degree or training in computer science fundamentals.
• Basic knowledge of Quality Assurance theory: principles, methodologies, and techniques
• Analytical mindset, ability to solve complex logical puzzles.
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Ability to work outside of testing principals i.e. able to create test cases and plans without proper requirements or acceptance criteria.
• Basic knowledge of bug tracking process and tools
• Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Good communication skills in English.

• Experience/Knowledge with Azure DevOps
• Experience/Knowledge Scrum methodologies.
• Experience/Knowledge DevOps methodologies.
• Experience/Knowledge Data bases.

• Please note if you are employed full-time salary for this position ranges from 2800 EUR gross (before taxes-Lithuania).
