We are looking for a Senior Manual Testing Analyst to join our Bentley Infrastructure Cloud product development team and work on building our next-generation products and user experiences. The successful candidate will be a member of the software development group that delivers industry leading software to transition the lifecycle of infrastructure assets into the digital world, contributing towards the Bentley Mission of providing innovative software and services for the enterprises and professionals who design, build and operate the world's infrastructure - advancing both the global economy and environment for improved quality of life.

Your key role will be to ensure we are implementing features that meet user needs and expectations.

About Product: ProjectWise is an industry leading software facilitating Infrastructure Project Delivery like nuclear power plants, oil refineries, factories, airports, roads, railways, tunnels, bridges etc. ProjectWise addresses the need for engineers to safely store and efficiently collaborate on their Digital Twin representing infrastructure projects. We Will Rely on You for The following:

• Collaborate with development teams to understand new features and updates, develop test design of user scenarios, test cases and checklists.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies, providing detailed information for the development team to resolve issues efficiently.
• Execute detailed manual tests to validate new features and ensure existing functionality remains intact. Perform regression, smoke, sanity, and exploratory testing.
• Advocate for quality assurance best practices throughout the software development lifecycle, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze test results, generate reports on software quality, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of new technologies and tools in quality assurance, integrating them into testing practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

What You Bring to The Team:

• 5+  years of experience in Quality Assurance.
• Strong understanding of Quality Assurance theory: principles, methodologies, and techniques.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work outside of testing principals i.e. able to create test cases and plans without proper requirements or acceptance criteria.
• Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Good communication skills in English.

It would be awesome if you have:

• Experience/Knowledge API testing experience
• ISTQB foundation certificate
• Experience/Knowledge Data bases.

Please note if you are employed full-time, the salary for this position ranges from 3700 EUR gross (before taxes-Lithuania) depending on knowledge and experience.
