Position Summary:

At Bentley Systems, we in the HR Operational Excellence team are a results driven & collaborative team, leading change through executing best-practice policies, processes, procedures, and programs. You will take a hands-on approach to deliver all HR core services in Eastern Europe; plus partner with the corporate centres of expertise to drive and support global functions such as talent management, compensation, learning and development, and analytics. You will bridge the gap between colleagues, management and senior leadership by providing operational partnering and tactical consulting. Initially foreseen as a two year maternity leave cover, it is likely this role will lead to a permanent opportunity.

 

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Using your local expertise and market knowledge, work closely with the Compensation team to advise on regional compensation & benefits strategy.
  • Drive continuous improvement and implementation of regional HR processes & procedures, handbooks, HR policies and rule books.
  • Employment law, compliance and audit champion for your region, partnering with specialists to reduce legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Support managers through performance management interventions, coaching conversations, disciplinary actions and terminations.
  • Implementation of corporate programs such as talent management, career development, global mobility, colleague experience and engagement, goal setting, performance/feedback, Diversity & Inclusion, training courses, employer branding etc.
  • Contribute to transformation of strategic programs by providing highly efficient HR solutions, championing change, growing operational excellence, and focusing on tactical implementation.
  • Proactively stays up to date on industry trends, constantly researching and recommending best practices to follow.


 

What You Bring to The Team:

  • 3+ years’ experience in the HR field.
  • Fluency in English and Lithuanian required. Other languages a distinct advantage.
  • Deep knowledge of language, culture, and employment regulations in the key countries.
  • Informed, tactical problem solving. Service orientation and sense of urgency.
  • Effective communication and collaboration, detail oriented and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Influence, judgement, and advisory skills with a global perspective.
  • Knowledge about various HR information systems, Proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Ability to travel.

We offer a monthly gross salary starting from 3500 EUR depending on the level of experience.
