Position Summary:

As a Project Manager, you’ll manage the full-cycle implementations from start to finish, where knowledge of and experience with different project management methodologies are a requisite. As a Cohesive Project Manager, you will focus on meeting the agreed deliverables: on time, within budget, and scope. With our project portfolio growing at a rapid pace, we need professionals on our team who want to take the lead in providing our customers with a state-of-the-art platform.

 

Your Day-to-Day:

Depending on the project, responsibilities can cover all aspects from the design stage through to completion and handover to the client. Project managers typically lead by example. Some may act as a project manager following the Waterfall methodology and at other clients, you act as a Scrum master within the Agile Framework.

As a Project Manager, you will be expected to perform any of the following tasks:

  • Agreeing on project objectives.
  • Representing the client's interest.
  • Providing independent advice on the management of projects.
  • Organizing the various professional people working on a project.
  • Risk assessment.
  • Make sure that all the aims of the project are met.
  • Making sure the quality standards are met.
  • Using the latest IT to keep track of people and progress.
  • Recruiting specialists and sub-contractors.
  • Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained.
  • Budget control.

 

What You Bring to The Team:

We are looking for an analytical professional with talent and knowledge of people, with a real drive to get the desired result. If you think you fit the profile below, we would be excited to meet you!

  • You hold a bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree.
  • You have completed several full-cycle (ERP/EAM) implementations.
  • You have two years or more experience with ERP project management.
  • Knowledge of ERP, preferable hands-on experience as a consultant.
  • Certification in Program/Project management methodology (PRINCE2, PMI, Scrum.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English.
  • You have the drive to continue developing and are willing to invest in your growth.
  • You are willing to travel domestically.
