Position Summary:


Bentley is looking for a talented new colleague to join us as an Account Manager and be a part of our growing Nordic Sales Team. This is an ideal opportunity if you are a self-starter whom is eager to learn and wants to grow in the role.


In this position you will hunt for new business and develop and implement business plans to grow sales opportunities. You must be capable of working independently, thinking strategically and having fun along the way! Fluency in Finnish and English are required for this role.

Your Day-To-Day:


  • Creating new business opportunities to increase sales and reach or exceed quotas.
  • Prospecting for new users.
  • Creating effective account business plans and opportunity plans and executing against them.
  • Managing business opportunities and forecasting all revenue by effectively following Bentley Sales Process and managing sales opportunity pipeline in CRM.
  • Promoting and properly communicating our value proposition to designers, contractors and owners by providing technical solutions to help the customer's meet or exceed their business objectives.
  • Collaborating and communicating with various internal Bentley business units.
  • Creating and delivering web presentations and demonstrations for prospects and customers.
  • Attending tradeshows & keeping current on AEC market business and software solution trends.
  • Creating and delivering thought leadership presentations at industry events and seminars.


What You Bring To The Team:


  • Degree or equivalent experience (engineering degree/background is a plus).
  • Fluency in Finnish and English are a must.
  • Previous sales experience is required.
  • Experience following a sales process advantageous.
  • Experience with CRM systems, as well as Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge or experience with BIM, Project Collaboration and other AEC/EPC technology solutions a plus.
  • Great presentation, written, and oral communication skills as well as organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively and professionally with broad spectrum of diverse employees, customers and partners.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives on sales strategies and coordinate account activities.
  • Willing to travel (traveling is required for this role).
