Product Success Consultant – OpenCities Planner

Be part of our Digital Cities team to develop our global business in immersive communication solutions for infrastructure projects, urban planning and smart cities using the latest 3D visualisation technologies. 

We are looking for a Product Success Consultant who will be responsible for evangalising our solutions to market, identify and drive new market initiatives as well as provide our sales organization with technical support.


You are a business minded engineer with combined market and technical experience from the GIS,AEC or and 3D visualisation market. This role can be operating from a home office but ideally located with the rest of the team in our new office in the center of Stockholm


Your day to day


  • Daily contacts with the sales organisation and the users to identify opportunities for new business
  • Provide technical application support to internal colleagues, partners and external users.
  • Answer complex questions on product use and implementation, and provide guidance on which Bentley features/technologies best meet needs. 
  • Consult with sales colleagues and current and prospective clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate Bentley solutions.
  • Deliver technical sales presentations and demonstrations on solution/software.
  • Provide demonstrations and details on solution capabilities in response to customer Requests For Proposal.
  • Attend, present and/or exhibit at industry conferences.Assist in the development of technical content for marketing materials.
  • Convey user feedback to product management and development staff.
  • Provide billable professional services consulting, including initial solution implementation, customization and customer orientation.


What You Bring To The Team:


  • Bachelor’s degree or masters in GIS or Urban Planning and design or related field is preferred.  Equivalent to work experience will be considered.
  • Knowledge of GIS and urban planning principles, projects and local country's policies and procedures in this field.
  • Hands-on experience in with visualization tools and GIS
  • Strong commercial and customer relationship skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret user business needs and translate them into the application and operational requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
  • Ability to lead/influence design workshops within an existing solution framework.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised under minimal supervision, with wide latitude for independent action.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
