Position Summary:

Bentley Systems is seeking an EAM Technical Consultant for our Cohesive division. The Cohesive team specializes in delivering Enterprise Asset Management solutions to diverse industries across all markets and has grown to incorporate one of the largest in-house teams specialized in Maximo products and services.

Key Role Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize Maximo EAM solutions
• Provide technical leadership throughout the lifecycle of a project
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of workflows, system configuration, and customizations to develop asset management technical solutions for customers
• Convert functional requirements into technical specifications
• Manage and mentor staff
• Prepare technical documentation
• Take an active role in preparing responses to RFI and RFPs
• Provide client support
• Take ownership of smaller projects or larger scopes of work and design solutions based on your experience
• Deliver high-quality, value-added results for both client and internal projects

What You Bring to The Team:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience
• Two (2) or more years of experience implementing IBM Maximo, or a comparable EAM system (SAP, Infor, Oracle, SalesForce)
• Database experience (SQL Server, Oracle and/or DB2)
• IBM WebSphere and/or BEA WebLogic experience
• SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) expertise
• Windows, Linux/Solaris, and Java experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 40% within the USA and Canada 
• Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer (or any other physical requirements).
• The role requires communication with managers, peers and other colleagues of the company in person (on occassion), and by utilizing Microsoft Teams chat, calling and meeting functions.
