Position Summary:

We are looking for a qualified Account Manager to join our Sales team in Singapore. You will also be responsible for creating new business by identifying profitable opportunities. If you’re customer-oriented with a ‘can do’ attitude, this position is for you. Our ideal candidate has a drive for achieving goals and maintaining a great customer experience. We also expect you to suggest forward-thinking ideas to promote our brand. Ultimately, you should be able to increase sales and build successful long-term client relationships.

Your Day-To-Day:

 

  • Develop effective relationships within the corporate and key accounts in Singapore, Philippines and Malaysia including Key Executives, by translating customer challenges and opportunities into unique business value
  • Build, maintain and grow opportunity pipeline within assigned set of accounts and also prospect new accounts from infrastructure projects in territory. 
  • Effectively manage the Bentley sales process to prospect new opportunities and clients and also grow revenue from existing accounts. 
  • Work effectively with a Product sales organization to grow market share for Bentley in infrastructure projects in Philippines, Singapore and Malaysia
  • Develop, communicate and execute on the Bentley sales strategy and work to drive change within our accounts
  • Create effective proposals that link our solution to the customer business and effectively negotiate customer agreements
  • Build solid Account Business plans and ensure execution upon the plan by all parties, including aligning and influencing all relevant parties within the Account and Bentley organization
  • Strong presentation skills, able to construct and deliver internal/external presentations in an effective and professional manner
  • Consistently challenge status quo in pursuit of best in class performance
  • Provide clear and concise communication of activities and accurately forecast business
  • Meet all goals set for accounts you are responsible for

 

What You Bring To The Team:

          

  • 10+ years of exceeding sales quota as an Account Manager or Territory Account Manager for a multinational company
  • Experience in both direct & channel sales a plus
  • Consistently demonstrate high levels of personal drive and full engagement with a proven track record with regard to personal learning and development.
  • New business and growth attitude, always looking to improve in all aspects of day to day activities
  • Actively embraces a feedback culture and has a proven track record of providing and receiving effective feedback.  Inspires others to fully embrace the power and value of effective feedback.
  • Takes a leading role with regard to demonstrating effective collaboration with colleagues and building effective internal colleague networks, to support sales success.
  • Experience or knowledge of the Infrastructure (AEC) market, our accounts, competitors and market trends would be advantageous.
  • Experience with direct sales to clients in the Philippines, Singapore OR Malaysia is required
  • Ability to travel up to 50% as required in Philippines and other ASEAN markets
