License Compliance Specialist

1. Monitor and track license usage across the company to ensure compliance with license agreements.
2. Perform data collation and target seeking tasks.
3. Conduct a large number of phone follow - ups.
4. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including legal and procurement teams, and communicate effectively with overseas colleagues.
5. Provide training and guidance to employees on license compliance issues.
6. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to license compliance.
7. Investigate and resolve any license compliance issues or disputes.

1. Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field is preferred. Candidates with a law background should have solid professional knowledge.
2. Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of experience are welcome, but those with 1+ year of industry experience in license compliance or a related field will be given priority.
3. Fluent in English, both in writing and speaking.
4. Strong understanding of license agreements and compliance requirements.
5. Excellent analytical and problem - solving skills.
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.
7. Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for license management.
8. Have a hard - working and industrious spirit.
