Position Summary:

We are looking for interns to join our User Success team in Shanghai. This position will be an associate member of User Support team, helping to handle basic documents and data filtering.

Responsibilities:

• Work under the guidance of a user support specialist
• Develop general user support relating documents
• Help to filter & collect user support data

Requirements:

• Candidate for Undergraduate/Master
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication ability and team player
• Good written and oral communication skills in English
