Senior Visual Designer
Position Summary:
The User Experience (UX) team at Bentley Systems is looking for a Senior Visual Designer, located in Lithuania, Ireland, or elsewhere in Europe (remote).

As a member of the Bentley Infrastructure Cloud UX team, you will leverage your keen eye for detail, proactive approach, and impeccable taste to enhance the visual design across a diverse range of Bentley products used by infrastructure professionals worldwide. You will be responsible for creating visual assets, including icons, illustrations, UI elements, and layouts, as well as conceptual "visiontypes".
Additionally, you will promote the best practices among your peers and contribute to the design system, working in close collaboration with UX designers and front-end developers.
We will rely on you for the following:
- Create visual assets of exemplary quality that are consistent with or adopted by the design system.
- Manage graphic designs from conception to delivery.
- Contribute to the existing design system, and ensure that designs are compliant with it.
- Mentor and inspire other designers on the team, providing feedback and fostering a culture of creativity.
- Communicate with both internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and manage the scope in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
What You Bring to The Team:
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on website and digital design.
- A professional portfolio displaying skills, with particular emphasis on problem-solving and refined visual style.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.), Figma, or similar software.
- A keen eye for detail, layout, color, and typography.
- Good understanding of general user experience design competences in software development.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.

- Familiarity with technical constraints as they apply to designing for different platforms.
- Experience in designing complex enterprise software products for different platforms.
- Degree in Arts, Graphic and Digital Design, or related field.
