Senior UX Designer

Location: Lithuania (Hybrid or Remote)

Position Summary:

The User Experience (UX) team at Bentley Systems is looking for a Senior UX Designer, located in Lithuania.

As a member of the Bentley Infrastructure Cloud UX team, you will use your knowledge and expertise to drive usability improvements for the infrastructure lifecycle of design, build, and operate workflows. You will collaborate with Product Managers, Software Engineers as well as subject matter experts, and of course, users to deliver highly impactful, integrated, yet modular cloud-based solutions that help millions of engineers, construction professionals, and infrastructure owners across the world. 

We will rely on you for the following:

• Communicate with both internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and manage the scope in a fast-paced collaborative environment
• Contribute to and organize user research activities (user interviews, usability testing etc.) 
• Translate user research findings into insights and design improvements 
• Ensure that designs are consistent with our design system and contribute the designs to the design system
• Mentor junior UX colleagues 
• Manage UX work on a product

What You Bring to The Team:

• A professional portfolio displaying skills, with particular emphasis on problem-solving 
• Proficiency in general UX design competences (research, interaction design) and an eye for detail
• Great command of Figma 
• At least basic familiarity with infrastructure field
• Fluency in both written and spoken English

It would be awesome if you have:

• Prior exposure to CAD (Computer Aided Design) and engineering analysis and design software
• Familiarity with technical constraints as they apply to designing for different platforms  
• Degree in Human Computer Interaction, Computer Science, User Experience, or related field
• Experience with supporting and contributing to design systems

Please note if you are employed full-time, the salary for this position ranges from 4500 EUR gross (before taxes-Lithuania) depending on knowledge and experience.
