Senior Contract Specialist
Location: Europe based (Hybrid/Office/Remote)

As a Senior Contract Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation, enhancement, and performance of partner offerings to drive mutual growth and profitability. This role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure that the offerings align with business goals and deliver value.
We will rely on you for the following:
- Develop and manage Partner Offering and Partner Contracts: Collaborate with team members and cross-organizationally to create partner offerings that meet market demands and align with company objectives. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and editing various types of partner contracts.
- Optimize Partner Offerings: Work with internal teams to enhance existing partner offerings, ensuring they deliver maximum value for us and our Partners.
- Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with sales, product, and operations teams to support the creation, launch, and ongoing management of partner offerings and partner contracts.
- Contract Management and Execution: Assist in negotiating and implementing terms of partner agreements related to offerings, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Manage the execution of contracts leading to revenues. Maintain an organized system of digital contract files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Prepare Contract Summaries: Summarize complex contracts and legal agreements into easily understandable reports for internal stakeholders.
- Monitor and Report on Performance: Track the performance of partner offerings, analyzing sales data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities. Track key deadlines and obligations under various partner contracts (e.g. renewal periods and deliverables)
- Communication and Support, Liaison with different Departments: Serve as the main contact for partner offerings, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth communications. Coordinate with different departments to ensure contracts meet the needs and are properly executed.
- Assist in Dispute Resolution and Contract Change Management: Help resolve contract disputes, issues, or revision requests that arise during the performance of contracts.
- Training and Enablement: Assist in coordinating and providing training and resources on how best to promote and sell the partner offerings.
What You Bring to The Team:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Law or Accountant
- 5+ years of experience in partner offering management and contracts, ideally in a software product company
- Understanding of contract law and legal principles
- Understanding of sales and marketing principles to support partner offerings
- Understanding of business operations and strategic goals
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple partner offerings and partner-offering projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams
- Analytical mindset with experience in using information to drive decisions and optimize offerings
- Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams, including sales, product, operations, and legal
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
