What you’ll do:

 

As Senior Operations Specialist, you will work closely with the Success Operations and User Success Leadership teams in driving the success of the business group. Within this role, you will be focused on continuous operational and business improvement and effectiveness through means of using your expertise to identify issues that impede business group success. You will work closely with the Chief Success Officer and User Success Leadership team to help distill information and ideas and streamline effective decision-making processes. You will be a trusted advisor.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Support the cadence and content delivery for business, operational, and strategic reviews and planning including supporting the Chief Success Officer and Leadership team in preparing data and presentations for external and internal audiences such as Quarterly Business Reviews, conferences, events with both senior leaders of the company and users, All Hands meetings etc.
  • Support User Success Leadership meetings through preparation of necessary reports and briefings on topics including strategic topics, operational health measures such as key performance indicators, budget, colleague engagement, etc.
  • Be accountable and responsible for driving successful execution of special and strategic projects.
  • Ensure projects and initiatives are appropriately scoped, resourced, and have clear success metrics and governance in place.
  • Proactively communicate to leadership and key stakeholders on initiative status, risks, and issues, and, when appropriate, make recommendations on initiative decisions.
  • Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Chief Success Officer or Senior Director of Operations, as required. Make recommendations on the appropriate course of action, referral, or response.

 

Who we’re looking for:

 

  • 7+ years of SaaS/Software or other high-tech industry, management consulting experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, Architecture, or Engineering; advanced business degree preferred
  • Detail-oriented, strategically adept, and a go-getter with a proven, applied data-driven, decision-making skillset
  • Proven track record managing developing and leading teams of project or program managers, with a passion for colleague development.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and drive strategies, work independently, and simultaneously manage diverse assignments while remaining organized and productive in a highly interrupt driven environment.
  • A proactive and curious nature, must be self-motivated to identify improvement initiatives and take ownership to deliver in coordination with key stakeholders
  • Must possess a well-developed ability to read the internal and external landscape
  • Must have strong business acumen in order to understand, prioritize, and act on the many requests received.
  • Strong ability to influence and collaborate is a must in this position, as success will be measured by ability to influence situations where no formal authority exists.
  • High tolerance for ambiguity, with the ability to create order.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to distill large quantities of data and insights into actionable takeaways.
  • Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer. The role requires communication with managers, peers and other colleagues of the company in person, and by utilizing Microsoft Teams chat, calling and meeting functions.
  • This role does not require travel.
