Position Summary:

As an Associate Sales Executive, you will support the sales team in driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and assisting in the sales process. This entry-level role provides valuable experience in sales and lays the foundation for a successful career in account management.


Your Day-to-Day / Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
  • Qualify leads by understanding client needs, assessing their fit with the company's offerings, and determining their potential as sales opportunities.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate meetings, demos, and follow-up activities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Participate in sales training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.


What You Bring to The Team:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and customer success
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn and grow in a sales role
  • Fluent in presenting to our key Sectors - Oil & Gas, Renewables, Nuclear, Utilities
  • Multi-Lingual – fluency in Spanish + English is a plus
  • Existing list of contacts and knowledge of key Competitors         
  • Experience generating Leads for Sales of IBM MAXIMO Licences, Implementation Projects, plus Additional Services to existing clients.
