Position Summary 

We are seeking a Web Enablement Lead to support global web replatforming and transformation initiatives. In this role, you will focus on building web pages and authoring content within modern CMS environments, ensuring digital experiences are scalable, accessible, and aligned with brand and business objectives. 

You will work closely with global design, UX, and technical teams to implement approved designs using CMS templates and components, while creating structured, optimized content that supports seamless migration and future-ready web experiences. Your primary objective will be to enable efficient content workflows, reusable templates, and governance frameworks that accelerate delivery and maintain quality across all web properties. 


Responsibilities 

Content Authoring & Migration 

  • Build and publish web pages using CMS templates and components. 

  • Author, edit, and optimize content for replatforming projects. 

  • Oversee large-scale content migration, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and SEO compliance. 

  • Implement workflows for efficient authoring and publishing across global teams. 

Web Transformation & Enablement 

  • Support initiatives to modernize web platforms, focusing on scalability, performance, and usability. 

  • Collaborate with global design and technical teams to ensure content integrates seamlessly with new systems. 

  • Define best practices for content governance, version control, and localization. 

Content Governance & Quality Assurance 

  • Maintain standards for tone, voice, accessibility (WCAG), and brand consistency. 

  • Conduct audits to identify gaps in content quality, compliance, and alignment with business goals. 

  • Implement continuous improvement processes for content workflows and governance. 

CMS Expertise & Optimization 

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for CMS capabilities, templates, and authoring tools. 

  • Develop training materials and enablement resources for global content teams. 

  • Partner with developers to optimize CMS functionality for content scalability and flexibility. 

Analytics & Performance Tracking 

  • Enable analytics tracking for content performance and user engagement. 

  • Use insights to inform content strategy, improve UX, and support business objectives. 

 

Qualifications 

  • Proven experience in web content management, CMS authoring, and large-scale migration projects. 

  • Strong understanding of web replatforming and transformation processes. 

  • Hands-on experience with enterprise CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Optimizely or WordPress. 

  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO best practices. 

  • Excellent project management, collaboration, and communication skills. 

  • Experience working with cross-functional and global teams (design, UX, development, marketing). 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Knowledge of analytics tools and performance tracking methodologies. 

  • Experience in global content governance and localization workflows. 

  • Knowledge of and experience in Agile ways of working  

 

 

Skills, knowledge and competencies required to be great at this role 

  • Relevant experience in marketing enablement or equivalent experience  

  • Understanding of web & digital services  

  • Ability to work across a global organization, spanning different time zones and cultures is a must 

  • Ability to think, plan and act strategically  

  • Ability to work well with other team members and to provide support, coaching and training  

  • Demonstrates structured planning and processing skills that identifies and delivers on predictable outcomes  

  • Ability to prepare and respond to detailed requests for information in a timely and accurate fashion  

  • Ability to understand the products, markets, customers, and competitors and what drives their behaviours  

  • High level of business acumen  

  • Working experience or knowledge of content management systems 

  • Ability to provide and receive feedback from diverse sources and to grow personally and professionally from it  

  • Strong technical background and understanding  

  • Proven negotiation and conflict management skills  

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to develop and build sustainable working relationships  

  • Experience in influencing and persuading in a consultative manner  

  • Balanced and informed approach to problem solving
