Senior Project Manager

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Location : Anywhere in India (Office Based/ Hybrid or Home Based)

Position Summary :

We are looking for an experienced project manager, reporting directly to the Senior Director of Tower Products to manage delivering tower digital twins to our users.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Collaborate with clients to create project plans and delivery schedules.
• Run daily planning meetings to plan delivery expectations, and distribute work to the delivery team, including consultants and vendors.
• Accountable for delivering OpenTower iQ deliverables to the users.
• Gather delivery challenges and strategize to improve delivery processes and throughput.
• Collaborate across the organization to document challenges and offer possible solutions.
• Experience in the Telecom industry is a plus.
• This is a full-time role expected to work 40 hours per week, based in India.
• You are required to communicate with Managers, peers and other colleagues of the company at different time zones utilizing Microsoft Teams chat, calling and meeting functions.
• This role may require infrequent travels to meet our clients and other team members.

What You Bring to The Team:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Must have relevant skills for managing telecom-related job functions.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills are preferred.
