Location:  

• UK, Ireland, Netherlands (Remote/Office/ Hybrid) 
• Belgium  - Travel is required on a weekly basis to our office in Ghent 

Travel: Global travel is expected for 10% of the role  

Position Summary: 

iTwin Capture is at the forefront of digital twin technology, enabling customers to capture, manage, analyze and share reality data. iTwin Capture’s market-leading pipelines, cloud solutions, desktop software, and focus on innovation help our user create accurate digital twins of the natural environment for visualization and analytics across dozens of industries. 

We’re looking for a market-facing Product Manager to help align strategy to execution, engage with customers, build market intelligence and pricing rationalization, and drive an innovation-focused roadmap and go-to-market strategy to deliver best-in-class reality modelling software to our customers. 

The position would be well suited to someone whose current experience is built from geospatial, mapping & surveying, reality modelling, photogrammetry or technical software projects in the 3D domain.  

We’re open to someone who wants to diversify their experience into a product management such as those from technical sales or solution engineering, but it’s essential for this position and the customers they are serving that they currently have the domain knowledge in the above. 
 

What you’ll do: 

• Engage with customers, understand user needs, analyse usage data to drive product decisions. 

• Identify market trends and new opportunities, conduct competitive analysis to drive product decisions. 

• Translate product strategy and user requirements into prioritized actionable tasks and features. 

• Collaborate with commercial, marketing, and sales teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and launch plans. 

• Collaborate and share know-how with internal stakeholders to drive user success. 

Requirements: 

• 8+ years experience working on highly technical software projects in 3D, reality modelling, geospatial or computer graphics. 

• A strong understanding of photogrammetry and GIS software solutions.  

• Analytical with data - using analytics and business intelligence to produce useful insights to drive product decisions.  

• Experience of having a strong oversight on priorities and creating impact; constantly testing them against strategy and goals. 

• Ability to combine product strategy, user input, and broad market and community feedback with a detailed, executable product plan. 

• Posses strong communication skills and using this with interpersonal savvy. You can communicate with executive leadership as well as engineers and customers. 

• A master's degree is preferred in a relevant area of study or equivalent.
