Senior Product Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager with a strong background in Building Information Modeling (BIM) management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product vision, strategy, and execution, leveraging their expertise in BIM to develop innovative solutions tailored to the construction, architecture, and engineering industries with a focus on design analysis. This role requires excellent leadership, strategic thinking, technical knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with market needs and company objectives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure cohesive product development and delivery.
- User Insights: Engage with users and industry professionals to gather feedback and identify pain points, transforming insights into actionable product improvements.
- BIM Integration: Utilize your experience as a BIM Manager to enhance design analysis workflows within iTwin including clash detection, carbon analysis and more
- Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, balancing long-term vision with short-term priorities.
- Performance Monitoring: Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and iterate based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in product management, with at least 3 years of experience as a BIM Manager or equivalent role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, computer science, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in BIM software such as Microstation, OpenRoads, or similar platforms, as well as familiarity with construction workflows.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with a track record of developing innovative solutions to industry challenges.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of construction, architecture, and engineering industry trends and challenges.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with agile product development methodologies.
- Knowledge of cloud-based and collaborative technologies for design and construction.
- Experience in implementing sustainability and efficiency-focused solutions within BIM workflows.
