Job Summary
The Bentley Ecosystem Catalog Experience Manager is a key strategic role within the Bentley Ecosystem Catalog business team, working in conjunction with the Business Lead and Product Manager. This individual owns the end-to-end experience for all key stakeholders of the Bentley Ecosystem Catalog: our partners, our internal colleagues, and the public end-users. The core mission is to improve the overall business experience and utilization of the catalog by monitoring stakeholder journeys and executing targeted improvements. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, detail-oriented professional with a strong background in B2B marketplaces, user experience, and digital partner services.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Holistic Experience Management

  • Own and document the end-to-end user journeys for all three key stakeholder groups:
    • Bentley Ecosystem Catalog Partners: From onboarding and solution submission to ongoing portal engagement.
    • Bentley Colleagues: From discovering the catalog's value to finding and utilizing partner solutions.
    • Public End-Users: From landing on the catalog site to discovering and engaging with solutions.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze the efficiency of these journeys, identifying friction points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Create and maintain data-driven plans for experience enhancement across the entire ecosystem in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

2. Stakeholder-Specific Focus

  • Partner Experience: Act as the primary owner for the partner portal experience, working to improve usability and partner success. Collaborate directly with Bentley Ecosystem Catalog participants to collect qualitative feedback and document success stories.
  • Internal Enablement: Drive the effective use of the Bentley Ecosystem Catalog within Bentley. Create and maintain support resources, answer inquiries, and act as a subject matter expert to ensure colleagues can leverage the catalog effectively.
  • End-User Engagement: Monitor the public catalog experience, gathering feedback and insights on how end-users interact with the platform to ensure it is intuitive, valuable, and effective.

3. Insights & Operations

  • Establish and manage processes for monitoring, surveying, and aggregating feedback from all Bentley Ecosystem Catalog stakeholders.
  • Translate raw feedback and usage data into actionable insights for the Business Lead and Product Manager to inform the strategic roadmap.
  • Act in close collaboration with the Bentley Ecosystem Catalog Product Manager Business Lead  Product Managerand , supporting operational and executional goals of the team.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure Bentley Ecosystem Catalog experience goals are aligned and well-communicated.

 

Qualifications and Skills:


Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, User Experience, or a related field. 
  • 3+ years of experience in a role focused on user experience, customer/partner success, B2B marketplace management, or digital services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for creating clear and engaging documentation. 
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and support various stakeholders simultaneously.
  • A collaborative, service-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills. 

Preferred:

  • Experience working in the enterprise software or infrastructure industry.
  • A keen interest and demonstrable experience in mapping and improving user/partner journeys.
  • A passion for helping users and partners succeed and creating excellent B2B experiences.
