Position Summary:

We are recruiting a Finance Assistant for our Master Data Team, who wants to do more than just manage data—we want a partner who takes responsibility and promotes data integrity and financial accuracy while growing alongside our team every day.

 


Responsibilities:
 

  • You will be part of an international team with colleagues from USA, Europe, and Asia.
  • You will be handling requests for Master Data Management in Workday; to create, update, and deactivate supplier and customer records such as bank details and tax ID’s; ensure all key fields are accurately populated and validated before releasing the supplier or customer account, maintaining a single source of truth to reduce duplication; verify documentation received for new supplier onboarding and changes to existing master data.
  • You will be handling requests for Expense Report Management in Navan, to check, verify, and approve employee expense reports for accuracy, ensuring they comply with company policies.
  • You will be handling requests for Lease Accounting Support, for updating lease schedules and ensuring all new leases, renewals, or amendments are captured promptly.
  • This position involves handling e-mails for problem-solving issues for the activities that we handle.
  • Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer. The role requires communication with suppliers, managers, peers, and other colleagues from the company by utilizing Microsoft Teams chat, calling, and meeting functions, or in person (on occasion).
  • You will receive support and training, and sometimes good thoughts, a smile, and encouragement.

 


Qualifications:
 

  • Degree in finance, accounting or business administration.
  • At least three years of experience in a finance position with activities related to Master Data Management.
  • Good knowledge of English, verbally and in writing.
  • Experience with systems like Workday, Navan represents a real advantage.
  • Microsoft Office package knowledge (Outlook, Excel) is a requirement.
  • Capable to follow standard operations procedures.
  • Proactivity.

  • Mindset for continuous learning.
  • Team oriented, enthusiastic, and flexible.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
