We are seeking an innovative, results-driven Director of Paid Media & Performance Marketing to lead a global paid media function within a fast-paced, high-growth marketing organization. - Own Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute full-funnel, multi-channel paid media programs across Search, Social, Programmatic, and ABM to drive pipeline and revenue.
- Drive Performance & ROI: Establish measurement frameworks that clearly demonstrate ROI, pipeline impact, and incremental growth, and continuously optimize investment across a multimillion-dollar budget.
- Influence at the Executive Level: Translate complex data into clear insights and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership, shaping investment and go-to-market decisions.
- Innovate with AI & Data: Lead adoption of AI-driven tools and partner cross-functionally to ensure best-in-class attribution, tracking, and performance insights.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with Sales, Product, Finance, and Marketing teams to align paid media efforts with broader business objectives. Manage and optimize relationships with external agencies, platforms, and technology partners.
- This role requires communication with Managers, peers and other colleagues of the company in person, and/or by utilizing Microsoft Teams chat, calling and meeting functions.
- Minimal travel required.
- Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer (or any other physical requirements).
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or digital growth, with 5–8+ years in leadership roles.
- Proven track record managing large scale global media budgets across platforms like Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, and programmatic ecosystems.
- Deep expertise in B2B and/or SaaS marketing, with experience navigating long sales cycles and high-value pipeline generation.
- Experience managing direct to customer performance marketing with high volume transactional sales through digital.
- Strong command of advanced attribution models, audience strategy, bid optimization, and experimentation frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex strategies and performance insights to executive leadership.
- Experience working with analytics and visualization tools such as Looker, Power BI, GA4, Adobe Analytics, and CRM integrations.
