Delivery Manager

Position Overview:

Bentley Systems is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Delivery Manager to join the ProjectWise Data Optimization team. The Delivery Manager supports the Data Optimization business priorities with a particular focus on data analysis, process development and improvement, governance, and communication. This includes program management of high-priority development engagements, baselining performance and developing continuous improvement processes, and providing data and analysis to development team leaders to govern day-to-day business. The Delivery Manager works with, and across, the Solutions and Services team, Project Management, as well as cross-functionally with the Data Office, Marketing, Sales Operations, the Product Advancement Groups as needed and across all Data Optimizations teams.

Responsibilities: 

• Program and project management
• Process development, including continuous improvement processes
• Develops reports and dashboards for management decisions
• Development and distribution of global team communication
• Drive alignment among stakeholders and team members
• Coordinate with cross functional teams to implementation
• Work with technical resources to deliver software upgrades and migrations
• Share knowledge and insights across the team to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree is desired, but not required based on work experience (typically, 5 to 10 years) in process development, software development management, project management, or similar.
• Strong organizational and communication skills needed and must be comfortable managing projects and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to develop and implement effective operational strategies.
• Comfortable engaging with executive-level clients and internal leadership to solve challenges and align on strategic solutions.
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of ADO boards is a plus.
