Position Summary:

Cohesive is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Director responsible for the UK, Ireland and Middle East. Reporting directly to the Managing Director of EMEA, you will be responsible for the overall performance, growth and strategic direction of the business, as well as developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, Clients and Partners. You will foster local, regional and global teams with a commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

Key Role Responsibilities:

• Ownership of P&L for the UK, Ireland and Middle East regions
• Development and execution of the regional business strategy maintaining alignment with the global vision and objectives
• Development and execution of business plans to enhance cost efficiency and create alignment with proactive business development and sales
• Development of sustainable growth – top and bottom line
• Manage key metrics such as lead time, on-time delivery, and employee engagement.
• Ensure health and safety for all employees, contractors, and customers.
• Lead, coach and motivate the regional team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and excellence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients and partners
• Be aware of and adhere to the control processes set out within Cohesive’s Certified Management System.

What You Bring to The Team:

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, computer science or related field or quivalent work/training experience
• Masters in business, management or MBA is a plus

Knowledge/Experience

• +15 overall years experience and 3 years experience as Senior Director or in senior leadership roles
• Demonstrable experience of P&L responsibility within a consulting/services-led organisation
• Proven experience introducing new technologies across a challenging landscape in large organisations and across industry sectors
• Strong interpersonal skills enabling relationship management for internal and external teams
