Provides support to users on SYNCHRO Brand products and issues. Works with users and colleagues to define technical problems, determine the solution, and assist in implementing the fix. Utilize tests, tools, and diagnostic procedures. 


Specific responsibilities include: 

  1. Providing technical and user support for SYNCHRO’s users' utilizing the ticket tracking system, knowledge base, scripted actions, and free-thinking. 
  2. Building knowledge base for products, solutions and processes. 
  3. Improving front-end troubleshooting skills while learning to understand (and addressing) the needs of the user's business. This can include working through the LEARN Server, and other self-led training material
  4. Staying up to date with primary products and knowledge of the base functionally of adjacent products.
  5. Keep expanding knowledge on products, solutions, and processes.

  3. Communication should be handled with patience, friendliness, and clarity
  4. Emotional intelligence when talking with users
  5. Analytical thinking skills
  6. Troubleshoot and document in a methodical manner
  7. Proficiency in documenting accurately solutions provided and any needed troubleshooting steps required
  8. Providing information via forum posts & wikis
  9. Work well with colleagues to help resolve issues
