Position Summary
The Digital Business Enablement team is responsible for partnering with their stakeholders to deliver optimized processes, systems, and data capabilities to enable business growth and user advocacy. The solutions provided by this team are at the core of our user's experience with Bentley both internally and externally. The ideal candidate will have experience with implementation and maintenance of marketing applications that provide capabilities to deliver a frictionless user support experience.
Bentley is embarking on a transformational journey to modernize our sales, marketing, data, and ERP platforms, enhancing user experience and processes across the enterprise. Within the business applications team, we are focused on partnering with our business to deliver world-class enterprise applications that streamline business processes and improve user experience. The team is seeking a Marketing Technology Analyst who will serve as the primary liaison between the Digital Business Enablement Team and Bentley’s Marketing Organization, driving improvements to business processes and marketing technology solutions. This position is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, operation, ongoing administration, and maturation of our marketing technology platforms. Responsibilities

Administer and configure Marketo and/or other marketing applications.

Collaborate with Marketing Operations teams in business and technical design sessions, working with other solution analysts to design and implement solutions that meet critical business objectives.

Understand all facets of various platforms for B2B clients, including campaign planning and execution, lead scoring, lead nurturing, alerts, routing and notifications, segmentation, personalization, email delivery, cross-channel marketing initiatives, and creation of ROI reporting and key metrics.

Gather information, determine alternatives, create requirements, functional/technical specifications, estimate development hours, create technical designs, and formulate test plans to meet defined business needs.

Analyze master and transactional data coming into Marketo from multiple channels, enhancing data validation, syndication, and cleanup processes.

Collaborate with other technical teams to design integration of Marketo with Salesforce, Optimizely, Salesloft, WordPress, eCommerce solutions, ON24 event platform, social media channels, Snowflake Data Cloud, Lead Generation platforms, etc.

Manage and ensure role-based permissions remain in compliance.

Partner with Marketing and Data teams to design dashboards and reports within Marketo and other data visualization tools.

Troubleshoot system problems, investigate, analyze, and recommend short-term and long-term solutions.

Develop product modifications and collaborate with software vendors for product improvements.

Define and implement workaround processes, corrective actions, communication, system cleanup activities, and upgrades.

Actively expand skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with colleagues.
Required Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business engineering or a related discipline

3-5 years of Marketo platform experience

Integration experience with Marketing and Sales automation platforms.

Good understand of Marketing Industry initiatives and processes like Segmentation, Campaign execution, Customer Journey Maps and Account Based Marketing, Budgeting and Planning, Paid Social Media Engagement and Sentiment Engagement etc.

Experience on other Marketing/Sales Automation Tools like Salesforce/ Salesloft, along with very good understanding of Contact to Quote cycle in an integration environment

Customer first mentality with demonstrated ability to improve processes and be a team player

Ability to multi-task by working on implementation projects, along with support and on-going maintenance projects, and meet deadlines in a complex and dynamic environment.

Strong communication skills; effective communication in written and verbal form.

Marketing platform(Marketo) certification; certification for other marketing/sales automation platforms is a bonus.
