Position Summary

We are seeking a senior developer of Salesforce with exceptional development skills to help implement and maintain our Salesforce platform and key integrations.   

The ideal candidate is a hands-on technologist with deep Salesforce platform expertise, a strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, and a passion for delivering solutions following industry leading practice, support the business with a delightful experience, and are scalable for a growing company.    

Your Day-to-Day :

• Design and implement scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and other platform tools. 

• Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs aligned with enterprise standards. 

• Lead the development and deployment of custom applications, integrations, and enhancements across Sales Cloud and CPQ 

• Ensure code quality through peer reviews, automated testing, and adherence to secure coding practices. 

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across environments. 

• Lead the evolution of our Salesforce development standards and DevOps practices. 

• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to project teams. 

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain clear documentation of solutions and processes. 

• Supports development of integrations across platforms/applications in the sales, marketing, financials, and HR space that require connectivity with Salesforce. 

What you Bring to the team:

• 6+ years of development experience, including a minimum of 4 years of hands-on Salesforce development utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flow. 

• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (or equivalent experience); additional certifications (e.g., Application Architect, Integration Architect) are a plus. 

• Proven experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and external systems through native connectivity or apps. 

• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits. 

• Experience with Git-based version control, CI/CD tools, and automated testing frameworks. 

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment. 

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively across business and technical teams. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
