Project Coordinator, Cloud Operations, Bentley Systems, Inc.

 

Bentley is seeking a Project Coordinator to become a valued member of our Cloud Operations Team. As a member of the Cloud Operations Team, reporting to the Cloud Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational activities within the team. Supporting the Cloud Operations Manager and Engineers to manage requests for changes, issues and enhancements within the Bentley hosted environments, to ensure service is maintained to a high standard.

 

Role/Responsibilities:

  • As part of a global team, support Cloud Operations team in the successful operations and management of the cloud-hosted estate.
  • Assist in setting up and maintaining the Change Management system for the hosted estate.
  • Support Cloud Operations Engineers in any operational, organizational or communication tasks.
  • Coordinate operational activities for scheduled and adhoc maintenance
  • Actively participate in monitoring and managing service requests within the Bentley Managed Services Cloud Operations queue.
  • Assist in maintaining SharePoint sites, OneNote sites and other document storage areas.
  • Support critical P1 process.
  • Consistently provide feedback and suggestions towards creating and/or improving Cloud Operations processes and procedures.
  • Provide reporting of ongoing Cloud Operations metrics.
  • Performing other related tasks as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • Must possess advanced organizational and communication skills in order to coordinate and manage multiple operational and project tasks within a fast-paced, growing cloud operations department.
  • Self-starter, resourceful and able to work independently.
  • Able to adapt to fast-changing processes, procedures, and product road-maps.
  • Experience working as part of global team.
  • Willingness to learn different aspects of the organization.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is required. Should be familiar with other Microsoft programs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with drive and ambition
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Project Management or Operational Management Experience (3+ years) preferred.
  • Familiarity of Microsoft Azure Cloud services, a plus.
  • Familiarity of Bentley products and applications, a plus.
  • Knowledge of ITIL Practices, a plus.
