Marketing Operations Manager

Position Summary 

We are currently seeking Marketing Operations Manager. This will be a critical role withing marketing operation, working on Automation, Reporting, Leads and operations support.  

This role will be responsible for lead life cycle management and marketing automation. Experience with Lead routing, Marketing automation, Data reporting, Paid media, Marketing engagement. This role will also include supporting regional and global teams in successful execution of their day-to-day campaigns, establishing best practice, and managing marketing technology stacks.  

   

In this role, you will be responsible for using Marketing Automation and Demand Generation tools to support new business growth goals, as well as programs to support user adoption. 

 

Key responsibilities include 

  1. Run various operational audits and create operational audit reporting for email excellence and performance on weekly bases and communicate to the respective stakeholders 

  1. Understand the existing reporting tools and dashboards work closely with the marketing analyst and be the second point of contact for all the live marketing dashboards for reporting Purposes 

  1. Own monthly Email performance reporting across industries and Quarterly operational reporting including not limited to email health, leads and engagement 

  1. Should be able to understand reporting in Marketing automation platforms like Marketo, HubSpot, and sales systems line C4S 

  1. Monitor the email executions across platforms and provide support in various direct and indirect apps integrations with Marketing Automation platform 

  1. Help in setting up the approval process and support the creation and approval of various local items like Landing pages, Emails, Forms, etc. 

  1. Coordinate with the Digital Experience team to monitor and Highlight requests raised by various teams for any operational issue  

  1. Provide support for data export requests to the global as well as regional teams, manage the Admin Pannell for ZoomInfo and other integrated apps as required. 

  1. Understand the lead life cycle across the platforms and do monthly and quarterly lead audits  

  1. Work with the industry owners and provide them support for the lead routing and reporting issues & support the ad-hoc lead management issues in C4S 

  1. Work on the lead process documents and other operational documents as required  

  1. The root cause analysis and resolution of any lead routing issue, working closely with all the stakeholders 

  1. Champion to Provide support to the regional teams in terms of new platform assets and segmentation 

  1. Work closely with the Engagement marketers and provide them with Operational support 

 

Requirements  

  1. 3-5 years of experience in working on marketing automation technologies like HubSpot, Marketo, or SAP Marketing Cloud 

  1. Experience with SAP C4S is a must  

  1. Advanced Excel and reporting expertise, and knowledge of marketing automation reporting is a must 

  1. 0-1 year of experience working with Power BI or any other reporting tool 

  1. Ability to deliver under high-pressure situations for immediate requirements 

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication 

  1. Experience in working with Global teams 

  1. 1-2 years of experience with ZoomInfo & familiarity with ABM platforms like Folloze and demand base 

  1. Working experience and understanding of the webinar execution platform ON24 is a must 

  1. Familiarity with LinkedIn Advertisement and Google Analytics would be advantageous 

  1. Work closely with the Engagement marketers and provide them with Operational support

  1. Experience creating and implementing successful, demand creation, lead nurturing and customer retention programs 

  1. Experience with email and marketing automation tools, analytics and conversion tools, ad-servers, programmatic and remarketing 

  1. Experience in copywriting, optimizing landing pages, A/B testing 

  1. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to think strategically as well as implement tactically 

  1. Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements
