Marketplace Development Manager 

The Marketplace Development Manager will report to the Ecosystem & Ventures Buil/Interop Director (Pascal Liens Martinez)  

Location:  India

POSITION SUMMARY 

The Marketplace Development Manager serves as a leader of the marketplace development Team. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Your main responsibilities will include: 

• Leading the development team in the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of applications 

• Managing all the activities of the software development team and setting goals for each team member to ensure timely project delivery 

• Defining project scope, timelines, and resource allocation 

• Providing guidance to the team and ensuring they adhere to development standards 

• Ensuring adherence to software development methodologies and best practices 

• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather project requirements 

• Managing software development budgets and expenses 

• Conducting performance evaluations and career development discussions 

• Identifying training and skill development needs for the team 

ACCOUNTABILITY 

• Weekly opportunities advancement and planning Report. 

• Quarterly and Annual objective achievement. 

• Coaching, mentoring and team contribution.  

QUALIFICATIONS 

Preferred Education 

• Minimum Education Requirements: BS/BA Degree or Equivalent 

Preferred Experience 

• 3 to 5 years’ experience working in leading a software development team for a software Vendor 

• Experience developing e-commerce, marketplace, online databases and web portals 

• Mastering web environments, developing languages and architectures 

• Experience with Adobe Commerce is a plus. 

• You have extensive experience in developing, deploying, and integrating software solutions 

• You are a good mentor & coach 

• You possess excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
