- Knowledge of troubleshooting tools Syslog Viewer, pathping, tracert, Snooper, Netmon, Wireshark, Fiddler etc.
- Responsible for configuration, administration and support activities for Teams, Skype for Business and related VoIP systems.
- Strong background with Microsoft Teams VoIP systems
- Experienced with Teams Call Queues

- Experience Troubleshooting Teams Online related issues
