Position Summary:

 

Bentley Systems is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our ProjectWise team.   ProjectWise Design Integration (part of Bentley Infrastructure Cloud) is Bentley’s leading solution for project collaboration, global work-sharing and engineering information management for the AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Operations) industry. 

 

As a member of our Product team, you will work closely with engineering and design team members to help shape the future of ProjectWise, with a focus on modernizing our tools for document renditioning and distribution.  You will work closely with engineering and design peers to engage with users and prospects, understand their challenges, and build products the help them achieve successful outcomes.  This position is focused on finding simple solutions to tough problems in order to create value for our customers and business.  

 

 

We will rely on you for the following:

 

  • Conduct discovery activities to better understand the needs, behaviors and pain points of the end user.
  • Define, develop and execute a wide variety of experiments to help bring both qualitative and quantitative data to our product development process.
  • Conduct market research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development priorities.
  • Oversee new features from ideation and development to launch and production, ensuring that these delivered features are successfully addressing customer needs.
  • Work closely with a team of engineers and designers to build products that our customers love.
  • Collaborate with a cross functional team of support engineers, user success managers, marketers, and sales colleagues to educate them on new product capabilities and bring their feedback to the product team.

 

 

What You Bring to The Team:

 

  • 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Inquisitive mind with firsthand experience in user research, synthesizing findings, and validating hypothesis through experimentation.
  • Customer-centric focus, with a strong desire to help our users solve their most pressing problems.
  • Analytical skillset with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex ideas with simplicity and rally people behind your visions.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • The role requires communication with managers, peers, and other colleagues of the company in person (on occasion), and by utilizing Microsoft Teams chat, calling, and meeting functions.
  • Able to travel (10%).

Please note if you are employed full-time, the salary for this position ranges from 3000 EUR gross (before taxes-Lithuania) depending on knowledge and experience.
