Location:  This position has the flexibility to be based from a home office anywhere in the US

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute ecommerce campaigns that drive demand for the ecommerce pipeline and ensure revenue goals are achieved.
  • Collaborate with Ecommerce Manager(s) and Digital Marketing Teams to develop creative and relevant promotions that meet digital KPIs.
  • Assist in management of overall ecommerce marketing budget adherence and spend optimization.
  • Develop website copy, landing pages, emails, and other marketing and sales materials to support ecommerce marketing campaigns.
  • Build, test, and refine core messages and tactics to support ecommerce channel growth.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to manage performance and budget of paid online, including Google Shopping, and similar programs as required.
  • Work in collaboration with Ecommerce Manager to market and manage subscription renewals, loyalty programs, and other customer engagement marketing.
  • Work with marketing and web teams to deploy ecommerce strategy that drives revenue, growing both B2B and channel partner sales.
  • Work in collaboration with the SEO team to provide content optimization across web sites.
  • Implement improvements to increase direct conversion rates and help accelerate conversion rates at each stage of the sales funnel.
  • Provide consistent reporting and monitoring of campaign and web page performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other digital reporting tools.


Other Duties

  • Manage timelines for creative requests and advocate for digital asset needs to maintain ecommerce marketing plans.
  • Ensure campaign and promotion alignment among all teams including marketing, sales, and channel partners.
  • Manage coordination of content planning across various social platforms, as it relates to SMB ecommerce.
  • Deploy and ensure content is consistent across web pages and blog and supports the conversion goals of the business.
  • Ensure global websites properly showcase promotions, products, and content as expected across desktop and mobile.
  • Support the execution of a best-in-class digital customer experience; and research and report on trends to improve digital experience.

 

Qualifications

  • Must bring an exciting, creative energy to contribute unique and impactful marketing ideas
  • Minimum 2 - 4 year(s) experience in an ecommerce role is required; preference for direct B2B ecommerce experience.
  • Hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms, such as WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento or similar platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Mouseflow, SEMRush, or similar analytics & optimization tools.
  • Must have working experience in WordPress, or other CMS
  • Strong computer experience with the emphasis on Microsoft Office 365 platform and Excel
  • Experience with HubSpot, Marketo or other marketing automation platforms.
  • History of demand generation and lead nurturing accountability
  • Proven success in optimizing emails and landing pages, and A/B testing
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving, verbal/written communication, and multitasking skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team
  • Able to wear multiple hats and strategically prioritize workload
  • Relevant BA or BS degree preferred, or combination of education and relevant work experience in an ecommerce role.
  • Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer. The role requires communication with managers, peers, and other colleagues of the company in person (on occasion), and by utilizing Microsoft Teams chat, calling and meeting functions.
  • This role does not require travel
