POSITION SUMMARY

As part of the Bentley Sales Enablement Team and reporting to the Director, Sales Communications & Enablement, the Sales Enablement Coordinator will help support the development and delivery of world-class sales education and enablement offerings for Account Advancement (AA), with the specific objective of ensuring that Bentley’s quota carriers confidently, consistently, and effectively communicate value and vision to prospects and users.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Aid Sales Enablement Managers in the development of enablement offerings (e.g., learning modules, knowledge checks, playbooks, and FAQs) to support quota carriers; support verification and validation to ensure quota carrier comprehension.
  • Help establish and monitor program objectives, success metrics, and milestones.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to first understand and subsequently translate knowledge into effective learning experiences for AA colleagues.
  • Work cross-functionally with HR, Marketing, and Product teams to build and deliver world-class learning and training experiences for AA colleagues.
  • Help to build learning experiences that are delivered just-in-time and that deepen quota carrier knowledge of the industry, user requirements, and solution selling.
  • Capture executive- and colleague-level feedback on enablement programs to identify and address process improvement opportunities over time; measure the success and impact of enablement offerings as related to outcomes and objectives.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of B2B sales enablement, sales marketing, and / or sales experience, preferably with a software or technology company.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant discipline or equivalent combination of education and work-related experience will be considered in lieu of direct experience.
  • Experience with learning development tools including the following is strongly preferred:
    • Articulate Storyline
    • Articulate Rise
    • Camtasia
    • Vyond
    • Canva
    • Audacity
  • Experience with Canva strongly preferred.
  • Experience building trusted relationships across organizations, including colleagues, partners, managers, and executives.
  • Ability to work independently, in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of technology products, processes, and implementations.
  • Ability to see the big picture, ask questions, and gather and organize information to understand and communicate varied topics of differing levels of importance.
  • Must be able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet quick deadlines; Ability to adjust and adapt based on shifting priorities
  • Strong knowledge of Office 365 specifically PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; SharePoint, SAP Jam. Comfortable learning new technologies and tools.
  • A capacity for understanding and mastering a multitude of enablement topics.
  • Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer. The role requires communication with managers, peers, and other colleagues of the company in person (on occasion), and by utilizing Microsoft Teams chat, calling, and meeting functions.
  • This role may require infrequent travel to a Bentley office location post COVID.
