Position Summary:

Are you an aspiring Digital Marketing Specialist looking for an opportunity to advance your career? The SMB Product Marketing Group within Bentley Systems is currently looking for an enthusiastic individual with digital campaign management experience for our Digital Marketing Specialist position. Our division is driving product and business growth and looking for people who can help us coordinate with marketing and sales teams to implement innovative digital inbound and ecommerce campaigns. Duties include researching target audiences, taking responsibility for executing campaign activities, recording data from campaign results to add to future reports, maintaining awareness on emerging digital trends. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist marketing managers in managing marketing campaigns across inbound and outbound activities
  • Liaise with campaign stakeholders to guarantee campaign activity deployment is aligned to key performance metrics
  • Assist in gathering, maintaining, and analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
  • Work in conjunction with the Marketing and Sales stakeholders to specify all attributes of the primary campaign audiences to determine and refine target lists
  • Collaborate with stakeholders of related products to monitoring target lists for possible overlaps when multiple campaigns may be targeting the same audience.
  • Creating or proofing emails, ensure email best practices are followed, with ongoing attention to improving open rates, engagement, and conversion
  • Conduct A/B testing and analysis to continually improve results throughout the campaign.
  • Develop marketing automation programs - may include integrating with event marketing, paid media, PR, social and other groups within the marketing team for an integrated nurture campaign


Other Duties Include:

  • Maintain campaign tactic activity log
  • Create or ensure accuracy of tracking links used by stakeholders in marketing and sales are aligned to reporting
  • Documenting or maintaining process and campaign deployment guides
  • Preparing and importing contact data to augment campaigns or lead processing
  • Maintain awareness and advise on best practice marketing techniques/tools to achieve successful campaigns and promotions



  • 2+ years successful track record supporting B2B digital/inbound marketing campaigns, email and marketing automation
  • Experience in segmenting target audiences
  • Experience creating and implementing successful, demand creation, lead nurturing and customer retention programs
  • Experience in proof-reading, optimizing emails and landing pages, A/B testing
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to think strategically as well as implement tactically
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools, particularly Google Analytics
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Exceptional time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills; ability to quickly adapt and react to changing circumstances and demands with high attention to detail
  • Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements
  • Experience working with chatbots is helpful
  • Google Analytics, AdWords, Content Marketing certifications beneficial, but not required
  • Education: BA or BS degree required
