Position Summary:

The Blueprints Curator will be responsible for the management and reporting of the Enterprise Blueprint Library within Aha. This content has been designed to meet the needs of Bentley’s Enterprise users and be delivered through the E365 Enterprise Offering. The role will work with the Blueprint Portfolio team members to ensure that the Blueprint Library in Aha is accurate, up to date and reflects the latest version of content available. Working with the team to ensure new requests are processed, new Blueprints are published correctly and meet the needs of the business and our users. In addition, the role will provide reporting and analytics of Blueprint consumption and usage as well as providing instruction and guidance to the Success Management team on how to maximize the value and usage of the Aha Blueprint Library.


Your Day-to-Day:

  • Support the User Success Teams to maintain and ensure relevance (usage) of a library of Success Components and Blueprints which achieve defined outcomes. Measure of success is how many Blueprints are used by our users repeatedly, not (just) how many Blueprints are in the library, ensuring proven outcomes are captured.
  • Use your knowledge and experience of Aha to ensure the Blueprint Library is maintained and available 24/7, understanding the latest developments and updates and bring improvements to the system where required.
  • Participate in the Blueprint request review and approval process, ensuring best practice, quality control and templates are adhered to
  • Manage and maintain the Enterprise Blueprint digital repository
  • Inspire the development of valuable and interoperable success plays by leveraging the Bentley Applications portfolio
  • Provide guidance to the Product Advancement Groups (PAG), User Success Teams and Account Advancement teams on the available Enterprise Blueprints
  • Provide reporting and metrics on the consumption of existing Enterprise Success Components, trends and issues
  • Receive feedback on existing Enterprise Blueprints and work with originating authors to improve and update on a regular review cycle


What You Bring to The Team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field of study
  • 5+ years of professional experience, including project management, content development, and user success.   
  • Industry and/or domain knowledge a key bonus
  • Strong project management skills.  Analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • SharePoint and Aha experience
  • Broad Industry knowledge with the curiosity and energy to absorb new information and understand the impact to the Users.  Being able to translate that into requirements, advise the PAG and Success Team. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills will be needed in order to build strong relationships, particularly with Enterprise User Success, Product Groups, Sales, and users, which will be critical to success.
