The Role

This focus of this role is to help enable the region to meet its strategic objectives of sustainable, long-term sales growth. You will play a key part in further ingraining our solutions with current clients whilst pinpointing areas for future development.

A day in the life..

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Take ownership of your assigned accounts, working with the Sales Director, Mining to define strategy and understand where further opportunities could be developed
  • Manage and lead the negotiation and closing of business / sales contracts
  • Build strong working relationships with key individuals within existing and potential customers, ensuring you understand client needs and customer's technical problems
  • Collaborate with the Regional APAC leadership team to achieve both APAC-specific and global Seequent strategic objectives


A bit about you..

In order to be successful in this role, you need to be proactive, collaborative and understand how to highlight the value of our solutions to our clients:

  • An undergraduate degree with 5 years’ SaaS sales experience within the Geoscience industry
  • Demonstrated capability with enterprise sales and solution selling
  • Key account management and negotiation skills, in addition to strategic account planning experience
  • Strong contract negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Leadership skills coupled with experience coordinating people across the globe
  • Excellent communication, presentation, decision making and prioritization skills
  • Innovative, open and able to work in a fast growing, fast paced and constantly changing environment
  • Pan-regional experience would be considered advantageous
