Position Summary:

 

Join our Regional Marketing team to drive pipeline and fuel business growth in key markets. You’ll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Digital teams to bring campaigns to life and support key growth sectors. You will adevelop and execute go-to-market campaigns using marketing automation and demand generation tools, working cross-functionally to position Bentley as the top infrastructure software partner. 

 

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, ANZ, this role is ideal for a proactive marketer who’s ready to drive impact and bring campaigns to life.

Your Day-to-Day:

 

  • Support and execute local marketing plans aligned with sales priorities and go-to-market strategy 
  • Plan and deliver physical and virtual events, including Illuminate Sydney, Bentley-hosted activations, executive roundtables, and third-party industry events
  • Coordinate and localise advertising, digital content, social media, and lead generation efforts
  • Work with Sales to amplify local customer stories, LinkedIn content, and regional success
  • Support PR activity, liaising with agencies and media where needed
  • Contribute to storytelling initiatives including press releases, Going Digital Awards, and user success stories  
  • Manage schedules, logistics, and onsite coordination for regional programs and executive visits
  • Track and report on campaign performance and share insights with key stakeholders  
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing to manage regional data quality and lead acquisition  
  • Work across core industries like Transportation, Water and Power, helping make a real impact on the infrastructure shaping ANZ 

 

What You Bring To The Team:

 

  • 2+ years of B2B Marketing Experience required.
  • BA or BS degree (MBA in marketing or related business degree preferred).
  • Photoshop CS suite program skills, and Basic video editing skills are nice to have.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
  • Strong English writing and communications skills required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to work at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to think strategically as well as implement tactically.
  • Exceptional time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
  • Highly motivated, team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements.
