Position Summary:


We’re offering a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Recruiter to join our in-house Global Talent Advancement Team for Bentley Systems, a world-leading software company providing solutions for architecture, engineering, and construction.


You will be a strategic advisor and work closely with Hiring Managers to execute recruitment strategies to ensure we are hiring top talent and cultural adds, allowing us to exceed our business goals. You will be accountable for the full recruitment life cycle covering our Bentley Talent Acquisition process for various roles such as sales, technical, finance, legal, and HR.


Your Day-to-Day:


  • Coach managers on most effective hiring strategy depending on role (job description recommendations, hiring location, level, compensation, as well as interview and selection process).
  • Collaborate with our Sourcing Team to create a high potential pool of candidates and make recommendations to hiring managers on who to proceed with.
  • Be an excellent ambassador by promoting Bentley as a top employer and ensuring an excellent Candidate experience, always!
  • Develop strong relationships with HR, hiring managers, and senior leaders to execute solutions for process, practice, and policy improvement based on data analytics in line with best practices.
  • Meet recruitment goals through having a thorough understanding of business needs and expectations.
  • Advertise, source and pre-screen candidates – presenting and recommending qualified candidates to the hiring managers.
  • Facilitate interview scheduling, and candidate feedback.
  • Recommend package and offer for finalist candidate, collaborating with local HR where necessary.
  • Keep up to date with market best practices and recommend innovative ideas and strategies that help us optimize our recruitment workflows and processes that fit with Bentley’s mission and vision.
  • Participate in various projects to enhance processes and technologies.
  • Effectively manage relationships with external recruiting partners/vendors.
  • This is a permanent, fulltime position.


What You Bring to The Team:


  • A minimum of 5 years in-house or agency Recruitment Experience required.
  • Experience recruiting within the Philippines required. Experience hiring in other APAC countries an advantage.   
  • Understanding the fast-paced nature of recruitment and working with a sense of urgency.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills, making recommendations to hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
  • A strong work ethic, and excellent planning and organization skills - this position will involve substantial coordination and collaboration.
  • Ability to conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidate capability.
  • Proficient at passive candidate sourcing, including Boolean LinkedIn Searches preferred.
  • Ability to interact easily with all levels within the organization – tactful, mature and flexible.
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking system(s) and ability to learn new software and processes.
  • Self-motivated and with clear goals, and the ability to execute daily tasks with limited supervision.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
