Job Title: Cloud Administrator II

Location: APAC – Philippines

Position Summary: The Cloud Administrator II is responsible for the management, monitoring, and support of cloud environments. This role ensures the stability, security, and efficiency of cloud operations, providing a seamless experience for both internal and external stakeholders. The Digital Cloud Operations Administrator will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance cloud infrastructure, implement automation solutions, and respond to incidents promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor cloud environments to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
• Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure solutions that align with industry best practices.
• Develop and deploy automation scripts and tools to streamline cloud operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address cloud-related challenges and improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of cloud environments, processes, and procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the cloud infrastructure.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cloud operations or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in Google Cloud Platform (e.g., Google Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud Architect).

• Experience with multi-cloud and hybrid cloud environments.
• Knowledge of ServiceNOW for change management and incident management.
• Familiarity with observability tools and practices for 24x7x365 monitoring and alerting.
