IT Project Manager (Maximo)

Location:  Spain, (Remote/ Hybrid) 

Travel will be expected 5-10% a month to our office in Madrid and client sites throughout Spain, based on project demands    

Position Summary:  

A new opportunity has arisen for an IT Project Manager within our Cohesive division, responsible for overseeing multiple projects for our customers. This role involves managing all day-to-day project delivery activities, working collaboratively with a wide range of clients and our team of consultants to ensure projects are completed successfully, on schedule, and within budget. The Project Manager will also ensure strict adherence to quality standards and internal methodologies, ultimately driving positive outcomes and experiences for both our customers and their projects. 

Responsibilities: 

• Serve as the primary contact for the client, ensuring project delivery aligns with expectations and proactively managing relationships, requirements, and communication. 

• Oversee stakeholder engagement, promptly escalate issues, and identify additional opportunities with the client. 

• Oversee and clarify project scope, schedule, budget, and responsibilities, while ensuring effective communication and governance throughout the delivery process. 

• Manage technical requirements, deliverables, and assignment information in line with client needs and operational procedures. 

• Oversee project planning and delivery by managing resource plans, tracking progress, maintaining dashboards, reviewing designs, and ensuring requirements are met. 

• Identify and manage risks, changes, and issues throughout the project, while establishing clear success and acceptance criteria with key stakeholders. 

• Support effective communication and training for clients, and ensure thorough project closure with lessons learned documented. 

Qualifications: 

• 4+ years of Software or IT project management or relevant training and /or experience 

• Knowledge of Maximo is highly advantageous or alternatively one or more of the following; Prisma, Rosmiman, SAP PM, HxGN EAM (Infor PM), Qplant, Infraspeak, Odoo 

• PMP / Prince2 or other formal Project Management training preferred 

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)  

• Proficient in budgeting, resource allocation, and report writing 

• Experienced in developing and delivering communication, rollout, and training programmes 

• Strong relationship management skills to build rapport with external customers and internal stakeholders  

• Confident in dealing with a cross functional team from technical experts, sales, engineers and senior management   

• Business level Spanish – written and spoken
