- Scale empowered, agile ways of working across multiple teams by sharing insights, patterns, and best practices in impactful ways.
- Conduct product maturity assessments to benchmark, track, and support team development over time.
- Design and implement lightweight frameworks, guidelines, and processes that improve effectiveness and efficiency (with a strong “minimum viable process” mindset).
- Provide hands‑on coaching, training, and facilitation to product teams and leaders as needed.
- Surface actionable insights and recommendations from “on the ground” observations to Product, Engineering, and Design leadership to drive organization-wide improvements.
- Strengthen feedback loops within teams, between teams and leadership, and with key stakeholders.
- Ensure teams are using product and delivery tooling effectively to promote transparency, alignment, and measurable business outcomes.
- Support teams and leaders with OKR planning, decision-making, and outcome measurement.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and support the adoption of practices that enable learning and adaptability..
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience working with cross‑functional product teams.
- Background in product operations, agile coaching, or similar roles; experience as a Product Manager, Engineer, or Designer is a strong plus.
- Strong facilitation skills, including experience with conflict resolution, group dynamics, and working across diverse personality styles.
- Comfort with product and delivery tooling (experience with Aha! and/or Azure DevOps is a bonus).
- Ability to observe team dynamics objectively and provide thoughtful, constructive, and sometimes challenging feedback.
- Proven experience driving cultural and behavioral change through agile mindsets and best‑practice adoption.
- Natural connector who can synthesize diverse inputs, align stakeholders, and help teams find a clear path forward.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to positively influence teams and senior stakeholders.
