Position Summary:

The purpose of this role is to oversee the creation, organization, and publication of educational content to ensure it aligns with the goals and objectives of the Education organization. Content manager will work in partnership with various internal teams, leading EdTech companies and Academic institutions to encourage community-driven creation of engaging content.

The position will report to Senior Director, Education.

This role will take careful note of and work in cooperation with User Success, Talent Advancement, Account Advancement, Product Advancement, Marketing, and other groups within Bentley in a true “one Bentley” manner.


Your Day-to-Day:

  • Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with Bentley Education goals.
  • Create processes and workflows to encourage community driven content creation and sharing.
  • Coordinate internal and external teams to create plug and play modular project-based (challenge based) learning modules.
  • Curate/create customized software training content designed by persona.
  • Engage with E365 accounts to understand their hiring needs/skills requirements.
  • Engage with educators and students to understand their career aspirations.  
  • Engage with EdTech companies to stay current with emerging trends in digital technologies that enable lifelong, formal, and informal, learning. 
  • 3rd parties content governance.
  • Ensure that UN SDGs transpire from the content that is being created.


What You Bring to The Team:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in educational content management.
  • Deep knowledge of educational content, curriculum development, and instructional design is essential.
  • Ability to lead, engage and build consensus across various levels of leaders in a matrixed organization through collaboration and influence.
  • Proficiency in project management.
  • Strong business acumen, excellent communication/influencing skills, planning/project management skills and thrive working in a fast-paced environment.
