Reporting to the HR Manager, UK, HR Operational Excellence, the candidate will be responsible for HR core services in the UK, with the opportunity of partnering with the corporate centers of excellence to drive global functions such as talent management, compensation, talent acquisition, learning and development, and analytics. You will have the opportunity to work with talented colleagues and leaders within our organization.


Your Day to Day:


  • Collaborate with the Talent Advancement team members to deliver operational excellence enabling the efficient and effective onboarding, off boarding, data management, data integrity and compliance.
  • Work hand in hand with HR Shared Services team and HROE team members.
  • Supports TSA team to ensure accurate data is captured and updated in personnel files (local hard copies and in the talent management system).
  • Administration and reporting for government compliance requirements, compensation & benefits schemes outside of Bentley’s internal systems.
  • Compiling monthly payroll changes (payroll data control), managing tax saver schemes, interacting with vendors, payroll manager and finance.
  • Liaising with third party colleague benefit providers (private medical, Life Assurance, pensions) advising of all relevant colleague changes and ensuring records and payments are up to date.
  • Administration of work permits and visa compliance.
  • Employment relations at initial query level.
  • Assist with Health and Safety training compliance.
  • Supporting HR projects and other general ad hoc HR duties.


Measures of Success:


  • Query turnaround time & proactiveness in completing the tasks.
  • Willingness to explore new areas/venture into new HR projects. 
  • Knowledge sharing with the other HROE team members.


What You Bring To The Team:


  • CIPD and/or HR Business Degree required.
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in HR Generalist role, preferably within the IT Systems Solutions or Infrastructure sector.
  • Well-disciplined, organized and have the ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
  • The ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
