  • Lead or contribute to product discovery by asking users and partners targeted questions to understand how solutions are used.
  • Collaborate with Product, Industry, and customer-facing teams to identify sustainability-related user needs and inform the product roadmap.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies, features, or partnerships (e.g., LCA, embodied carbon, resilience analytics).
  • Present information and ideas clearly to internal audiences, including colleagues and director-level leaders.
  • Research and prepare materials such as white papers and sales enablement content, securing alignment from relevant teams.
  • Work with marketing and product marketing on documents, campaigns, webinars, and talking points.
  • Engage with external partners and occasionally customers to support alignment and gather insights.
  • This role involves international travel approximately 3–4 times per year, predominantly, but not exclusively, in Europe.

Qualifications

  • A mandatory requirement for this role is 3-5 years of professional experience gained directly within an engineering firm, the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) sector, an infrastructure-focused organization, or an enterprise software provider serving these industries.
  • This experience should be complemented by a degree in a technical discipline (e.g., engineering, environmental science, sustainability) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with or a strong aptitude for public speaking and presenting to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Experience researching and understanding diverse software solutions and their value.

The following qualifications are considered as a plus:

  • Experience engaging directly with partners or customers on sustainability-related topics.
  • Knowledge of LCA, embodied carbon, resilience analytics, or related domains.
