As Sr. BDN Manager, Bentley Institute, you will be part of Bentley Developer Network (BDN). BDN is part of the Bentley Technology Partner program that provides third-party developers with resources to help them successfully develop and test software products that complement Bentley technologies. Through Bentley Developer Network (BDN), Bentley Institute opens the SDKs / APIs, providing intuitive customization tools along with rich documentation to help Bentley software application users and commercial software developers understand key concepts and accomplish customization and development tasks.

Bentley’s BDN program lets Developer Network partners gain in-depth technical knowledge about Bentley’s solutions and thus helps with add-on application development to cater to a project or Industry specific requirement.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Expanding BDN outreach globally & exponential increase of BDN partner network.
  • Hands-on with Digital Twin services and BDN program with it.
  • Developing innovative licensing solutions/programs for BDN around Digital Twin services.
  • Enabling BDN program to become a vehicle of adoption of Bentley solutions.
  • Managing BDN support team and ensuring timely and value-added support to all Bentley third-party developers.
  • Working with Product Advancement teams and developing BDN programs on strategic products.
  • Coordinating with the development teams working on BDN SDK development.
  • Maintaining and managing BDN learning & marketing content.

 

Essential Skills:

  • Experience in C++, C# on Windows platform.
  • Software background of SDK, API, macro programming.
  • Exposed to Bentley technologies preferably MicroStation, AECOsim Building Designer, and ProjectWise.
  • Excellent organizational, networking, and coordination skills.
  • Superior communication skills and excellent presentation skills are required.
  • Ability to achieve success with minimal guidance, based upon objectives.
  • Willing to travel (domestic & international).

 

Qualification:

  • 10 to 14 years of experience in industry and Bentley technologies.
  • Bachelors/master’s in Civil/Mechanical/IT/CS.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt fast to new technologies.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and strong presentation skills are required.

 

Desired Skills:

  • Past work experience in SDK, API, and macro programming.
  • Experience of leading a diversified team.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional project organization.
