Associate Digital Sales Enablement Representative

Position Summary:


Virtuosity invites talented individuals to join our high-performance team of Product Sales Engineers. 

Product Sales Engineers handle inbound sales of assigned brands into accounts.


As a Digital Sales Enablement, you will be working with the Sales Campaign Manager to support the Product Sales Engineers successfully drive and execute product sales campaigns. You will enable the Product Sales Engineers to consistently and effectively position Bentley’s offering trough digital selling best practices and tools, process optimization and reporting.



Your Day-to-Day:


  • Reporting sales campaign results and performance
  • Communicating product sales campaigns news and wins
  • Documenting best practices for technical tools and processes for digital selling (linkedin, hubspot, etc)
  • Training Product Sales Engineers in best practices and sales processes for digital selling
  • Supporting Product Sales Engineers to develop “go to market” models for product sales campaigns
  • Supporting Product Sales Engineers to successfully execute their campaigns providing
  • High level use and comfort utilizing social media and prospecting intelligence resources.


What You Bring to The Team:


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in sales enablement, revenue-facing roles, sales training, or sales support, and a demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and technologies in each of these areas
  • Measurable experience with having a positive impact on business outcomes, such as win rate, quota attainment, length of sales cycle, etc.
  • A high degree of organization, time management, and attention to detail
  • Outstanding writing and communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve on the fly
  • Self-starter mentality with a high degree of follow through- can own and take tasks through to completion
  • Interpersonal skills- ability to network inside the company and build relationships
  • Participate in the collection and analysis of feedback on initiatives
  • Find opportunities for content improvements and process optimizations, and feel confident in your ability to present your opinions
  • Design and execute on digital sales best practices with minimal oversight
  • Excellent English language and written communication skills and the ability to effectively present information
  • Software proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general business applications is required.
  • Excellent cross-collaboration skills with various internal departments.
